We consider each and every order we receive at Evian to be of the utmost importance. We take great care to ensure that your order reaches you in a safe condition. Each order is carefully protected with bubble wrap or cushioned with paper to provide a blanket of protection. This is done before being placed into a cardboard shipping container or courier bag to prevent movement during transportation.

We will ship your order using the most efficient and secure courier service, and we will provide you with tracking information throughout the delivery process.

 

Within New Zealand

​

Aramex and New Zealand Post are the two primary methods of delivery in New Zealand.

Due to the ongoing Covid-19 virus situation, courier companies in New Zealand have decided to use a blanket Authority to Leave service for all residential and commercial deliveries. Courier Franchisees may leave parcels at the designated delivery address in a safe location out of sight of the public to minimize physical contact.

Please note that delivery times are based solely on dispatch time and are only intended as guidelines.

Usually Delivery Time: 1 - 2 Working Days

Rural: If you live in a rural area, please allow an additional one or two days for delivery.

Bulk: Please allow an additional 4 - 10 days for delivery if you are ordering in bulk.

Saturday Delivery: This only applies to in-stock items. The deadline for submissions is Friday at 4:00 p.m. (Please note that Saturday deliveries are not guaranteed due to the high demand for deliveries. Until further notice, this delivery option will not be refunded).

 

Timeframes for order processing:

 

Generally, orders containing standard components take between half a day and one day to process. (Upon confirmation of payment)

 

Upon receiving your Evian delivery:

Before the courier leaves your premises, please ensure that the item(s) are in good condition and are not damaged. Please note that once the courier leaves, you are deemed to have accepted delivery. In the event that an item is lost, damaged, or stolen after you have instructed or agreed by default to accept delivery, neither Evian nor the courier provider will refund or replace it.

What is the methodology for calculating freight?

Depending on your location and the size of your order, shipping within New Zealand starts at $5.90.

 

How soon do you dispatch orders?

All dispatches are made on business days, Monday through Friday. Please note that we do not dispatch during public holidays or weekends. In the event of a public holiday during the week, please allow an additional day for delivery.

 

Would it be possible for me to have extra security on my delivery?

​

It is recommended that you purchase a signature-only tracked delivery service during the checkout process. The signature-only tracked delivery service means that your order will not be left unattended at the address you have requested and will require a signature in order to be accepted. When you are not present to receive the package, the courier will leave a calling card so that you can contact them to arrange a redelivery or pick it up from their depot.

What is the most efficient way to track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking link will be provided to your account. This will also be emailed to you so that you can keep track of your order at each step of the process.
